After an unexpectedly long wait at my last service appt, Jensen VW's service mgr promised to deliver a loaner vehicle to me prior to this scheduled appt, and he delivered. :) Not only was a very nice loaner dropped off at my house (and my own car picked up), my car was delivered back to me when the repair was completed. Best of all, this time the problem was solved!

I have now purchased my last personal vehicles from this dealership and most likely will come back for the 4th!!! The process is usually quick and I can test drive to my hearts content. This time, they didn't have the colors or options that I wanted, but we were able to find something comparable, which is good.
